NMRV130 cast iron worm gear reducer adopts high strength HT250 cast iron shell. It is equipped with hardened steel worm gear and tin bronze worm gear.It has compact structure, smooth transmission, low noise characteristics, single-stage speed ratio up to 10:1 to 100:1, and provides self-locking function. The product supports flange, foot and hollow shaft and other installation methods.It is widely used in conveying equipment, mixing machinery, lifting equipment and other industrial fields.
Although the transmission efficiency is slightly lower than that of a gear reducer, its excellent cost performance and easy maintenance makeNMRV130 cast iron worm gear ideal for low to medium speed, high torque drives, especially for automation applications where space saving and cost control are required.
